The Yorkshire Senior Inter League Competition has not been drawn for 2008.

Its long-term viability has been subject to considerble uncertainty since
Costcutter withdrew their sponsorship in 2006.

The '07 competition was subsequently scrapped as the Wetherby League followed
the Solly Sports Central Yorkshire League in withdrawing,
and it meant there was just six teams left,
plus the competition also lacked an administrator to organise it,
which would have meant that two leagues would receive byes straight
into the semi-final, something that was considered to be
unacceptable and damaging to the competition's credibility.
